To order a repair of your temple, add this item to your cart and proceed to check out. 

SHIPPING:
If you plan to drop off your temple to our Provo studio, select studio pick up and we will contact you for drop off instructions. 
To have your temple shipped, please add the applicable shipping option.  After the order is placed, we'll contact you for shipping instructions to us.  Shipping paid during the order is return shipping only.  You are responsible for shipping to us.
